Rio Mira SUP Tours
Enjoy a 2 hs ride the way to the hidden waterfall with Rio Mira SUP Tours. Paddling down the River Mira is a pleasant experience and, also, it’s an excellent work-out for arms, legs, core, and balance. Tour’s up Rio Mira is in flat water to see a hidden waterfall in the middle of Alentejo’s coastline.
Rio Mira SUP Tours is a guided tour, but it can also be self-tour with a boat pick up. We can arrange for a picnic too (on request).
We can also make tours around our amazing coastline that as you know, it can be breathtaking when seeing huge cliffs, rocks and small beaches and bays; that you will only find with a guide. Let’s go paddle in search of those beautiful places that Portugal still has to offer.
Stand-up Paddle: a Sport for Everyone
Stand-up paddle its an old way of surfing with a paddle to direct our way on the wave. Portugal is the perfect place for the practice of this sport because we have rivers, lagoons, dams, and a long coastline full of waves. Besides, it’s a sport for all ages, and it’s a great sport to work-out your arms, legs, core, and balance, in a healthy, fun way, in contact with nature.
Besides the Rio Mira SUP Tours, we offer a one-hour Stand-up Paddle Lessons in flat water. For those that want a bit more than flat water supping, the second level will teach you how to catch and surf waves. These SUPWave lessons will be tough in small surf and with no wind, so we will have to wait for the right conditions or search for the right surfing spot.
Note:
The tour is subject to change due to weather/surf conditions.
